🍪 2022 Price Changes:
Please be advised that as of July 26, 2022, price changes will take effect across our menu offerings. The increases reflect the ongoing pandemic and supply chain constraints from ingredient, packaging and transportation costs to operation. We are working hard to ensure that the treats you get remain of The utmost quality while absorbing as much rice and cost as we can. 

We appreciate your understanding during this challenging times.

🍪 Shipping Advisory:
There are widespread global supply chain interruptions that are impacting all businesses but but rest assured that we got you while we’re hard at work to protect your order from any delivery delays or issues we also have few recommendations that we kindly ask that you keep in mind when placing your order.

Our products are all pre-order basis. You can place your order up to 30 days in advance and we recommend selecting a delivery date that is three or more days ahead of your celebration or event, to ensure you have your treats when you need them. FYI — your order will be delivered anytime between 8 AM to 9 PM on your scheduled delivery date.

🍪 Rest assured, your early treats will still be fresh
When following the simple storage tips cookies and snaps stay fresh at room temperature for five days and can be stored in the freezer for up to one month truffles and cookies with cream cheese filling are to be refrigerated and stay fresh in the refrigerator for seven days and up to one month in the freezer both can be enjoyed at any temperature (you pick!) Please note:  in the event of a delivery delay two or more days past your scheduled delivery, date for an order in containing truffles or cream cheese, please dispose of or refuse delivery as it will no longer meet standard our standard of quality and freshness for your enjoyment, and contact us immediately at info at customerservice@mydessertsbox.com.

Once you place your order here’s what to expect: your order will be shipped 1 to 2 days ahead of your scheduled delivery date and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email if your order is delayed or two or more days in transit contact us immediately at customerservice@mydessertsbox.com once your order has shipped it is no longer eligible for adjustments delivery date changes or cancellations.

🍪 Food Allergen
We bake all of our cookies and baked goods on shared equipment in our kitchen, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.

🍪 Order Change Requests - IMPORTANT! 
If you would like to modify your order we asked that you please provide modifications at least three days prior to your delivery date we do our very best accommodate request however not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled the sooner you get in touch the better if you reach out with less than three days until your delivery date we unfortunately are unable to make any changes this includes cancellations we appreciate your understanding to avoid a situation like this please be sure to double check all order information prior to finalizing your order if you’d like to reach out to us update your order please customer service at MyDessertsBox .com using the below instructions:

🍪 Shipping Address Update Request:
Please email us with a following subject line: SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE ORDER# - and include the correct shipping address and full recipient name in your email. 

🍪 Gift Message Update:
Please email us with the following subject line give message update order number and provide your updated gift message up to 140 characters pro tip don’t forget to sign your name at the end of the gift message (unless you’re going the secret admirer route!) 

Worried that your recipient will get a receipt we got you our invoices only detail recipient information contents of the order and a gift message.

🍪 Cancellation Request:
Please email us with the following subject line: CANCELLATION ORDER #  —-and include your new delivery date in your email. Pro-tip: to ensure your treats make it in time for your special location we always recommend scheduling your order to arrive 1 to 2 days ahead of time in case of any potential unexpected delays in transit.  No need to worry about freshness and storage, your treats will keep great in the fridge or freezer until you need them.  Instructions are included in your order.
